Currently, we have an exciting opportunity available for medium and senior IT Support Consultants to join our Team for a large international support project. Specifically, we are seeking individuals with relevant experience in Office 365 and/or infrastructure.

As part of this role, you will receive training from both our company and our customers' engineers, gain access to intriguing customer-specific systems, and work in a friendly and relaxed environment that fosters personal and professional development.
Your primary goal will be to monitor and ensure the smooth operation of various services, including Exchange, Global Printing, Mobility Management, Email, and Endpoint Security. Additionally, you will take responsibility for initial troubleshooting during enterprise system outages and work on incidents, coordinating solutions within a 24x7 shift model.
Responsibilities
• Providing support for Office 365 and Exchange hybrid environments
• Monitoring alarms
• Administering Windows server systems
• Managing Enterprise Mobility Management platforms such as JAMF, AirWatch, and Microsoft Intune, including enrollment, deployments, and troubleshooting
• Handling virtualization tasks using VMware and HyperV, such as resource creation, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Offering global printing support, including driver installation and troubleshooting on both Windows and Mac clients, as well as secure printing (Ysoft)
• Operating Email & Web Security systems, Anti-Spam solutions, and Message Tracking (using EOP and Ironport)
• Managing Endpoint Security Platform
• Administering file-hosting services like OneDrive and NetApp
• Maintaining documentation of your activities and solutions
In terms of communication and collaboration, you will interact with the User Helpdesk primarily through English-language emails and tickets, as well as coordinate with 3rd Level support teams for Windows, Unix, Database, and Backup.
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following professional skills
• Proficiency in Windows Server administration
• Experience with Windows 10
• Knowledge of Database management
• Expertise in Exchange and Office 365
• Familiarity with ServiceNow
• Understanding of ITIL basics
• Proficiency in JAMF, AirWatch and Intune
• Knowledge of MS Clustering
• Strong infrastructure knowledge
• Competence in AirWatch administration
