Join our team as a Support Consultant and become the go-to hero for solving customer requests and incidents in both SAP and non-SAP environments. We need your expertise in correcting issues across various SAP services, ensuring smooth operations within our dedicated ticketing system. As a master problem-solver, you'll provide timely resolutions, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues from different teams and seniority levels. Your excellent understanding of customer processes and needs will be crucial as you build, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Responsibilities
• Solve customer requests and incidents in SAP and SAP related environments, making a real impact on their experience
• Correct issues across various SAP services, ensuring optimal performance
• Work within a dedicated ticketing system, streamlining processes and maintaining efficiency
• Provide prompt resolutions for customer issues within agreed-upon SLAs, exceeding expectations
• Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues having different levels of expertise, fostering a collaborative work environment
• Build, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation to address newly identified issues and resolutions, promoting knowledge sharing
• Conduct engaging trainings for new joiners, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel
• Take part in testing activities for SAP and non-SAP projects, contributing to the delivery of high-quality solutions
• Develop an excellent understanding of customer processes and needs, enabling personalized and effective support
• Maintain constant contact with the customer's IT and business teams, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service
Requirements
• Previous SAP experience as a consultant, support consultant, key-user, or user, demonstrating your expertise in the SAP area • Possess a good understanding of the support process and customer needs, allowing you to provide targeted and efficient solutions
• Strong logical and analytical skills, enabling you to navigate complex challenges with ease
• Thrive in multicultural teams, drive innovation and collaboration
• Exceptional social skills to build meaningful connections with colleagues and customers alike
• Openness towards continuous development in the dynamic world of SAP, embracing new technologies and evolving trends
• Excellent communication skills, adept at explaining complex issues in simple terms for business users while maintaining technical proficiency for IT users
